Bowled over…
Another successful skittles evening was held at The Dukes Head in Wokingham on Friday 7th March. The event was well attended and once again enjoyed by all. After a close fought battle, the team event was won by Sancha's team* and convincingly lost by Jon Keen's team! The supreme champion of the evening was Lynn Gosden who won a well deserved box of chocolates and musical choices were chiefly provided by Laura and Martin courtesy of the jukebox.
In order to avoid walking home, David Sinnett clung on to a slim lead in the final knockout event and was rewarded with his taxi fare home of £20. Obviously, the gauntlet has been now thrown down for the next pretenders to the skittles crown
