Jo joined CATS, her third theatrical society, as Jo Spillard, and she took on the role of Roz in "Trivial Pursuits" with having only a few weeks to rehearse.

"Habeas Corpus" remains her favourite play, despite her favourite role changing from Connie, to that of Faye Hubard in "A Chorus of Disapproval." Her other plays include "The Ghost Train", which she says was her worst play as her character said very little except a bit of a moan at the start, and remained silent and looked miserable for the rest of the play's duration. When she appeared in "Dick Whittington", a new word was created just for her role - to keep in with the rhyming couplets, the word "Raticide" was invented by myf!

Jo has also direct "Snow White and the Seven Dwarves" and "Murdered to Death", which she directed along with husband Simon.
