Ian joined CATS to play in the chorus of "Dracula", and gave us an insight to his own character by reading the Hitch-hiker's Guide to the Galaxy when he wasn't required on stage.

Ian's first speaking role with CATS is as Inspector Pratt, the more than slightly inept acting inspector in "Murdered to Death". He seems to have corned the CATS market in German accents, having played several roles which called for just such a skill. His son Andrew has also appeared on our stage - he was in Dracula as a member of the junior chorus (and also the mini-Dracula!)

There are added benefits to Ian joining the society as his wife Helen comes along to help behind the scenes with make up, prompting, costumes, and most bravely, looking after the children in Dracula.
