FINDING CATS - Crowthorne Parish Hall (RG45 7BN)
From the M3
- Leave the M3 at Junction 4 (or cross the M3 at the same place
on the A331)
- Take the A331 towards Sandhurst (signposted "The Meadows")
- Go straight over a number of sets of traffic lights, and at a
large roundabout cross straight over. You will see Tesco and M&S on your
right.
- Keep going straight over a number of traffic lights and
roundabouts, passing "Rackstraws" and keep going past more roundabouts on the
Sandhurst by-pass.
- Go for a couple more miles, and after a long section over a
hill without roundabouts, turn sharp left at the next roundabout (signposted
"Crowthorne")
- You are now on a straight road through the trees, taking you
into Crowthorne;
- Go straight over one roundabout, and at the next
mini-roundabout, at the pub "The Prince" turn left into Crowthorne High St
- Go past the Lidl's supermarket on your right, take the first right
into Heath Hill Road South - opposite "Berkshire Cycle Company", before C.T.
Bells.
- The Parish Hall is about 50 yards on your left - the turn for
the Car Park is just the hall.
- Don't be put off by the lack of facilities - just wait until
the curtains open.
From Bracknell
- From the Twin Bridges Roundabout, take the A3095 towards
Crowthorne.
- Go straight over the first roundabout, and at the next, with
traffic lights, go right, still following signs for Crowthorne.
- Go straight over a set of "buses only" traffic lights and at
the next roundabout go straight on onto a short length of dual-carriageway. Be
ready to get in the right hand lane before the next roundabout.
- At the next roundabout, fork right, still following signs for
Crowthorne.
- You are now on a straight road through the trees, taking you
into Crowthorne
- Go straight over one roundabout, and at the next
mini-roundabout, at the pub "The Prince" turn left into Crowthorne High
St.
